About The FROG Houses
Founded in 2007, The FROG Houses provides structured recovery housing in a safe, supportive, and accountability-driven environment designed to give individuals the best possible opportunity to build long-term recovery.
We believe recovery is a lifelong process, and our homes are built around peer support, routine, responsibility, and community. Our goal is to help residents develop healthy habits, strengthen their recovery foundation, and successfully transition into independent living.
Each house is overseen by a House Manager who is living in long-term recovery and resides in the home. House Managers provide guidance, mentorship, accountability, and day-to-day support for residents navigating early recovery.
Residents are expected to follow structured house guidelines that support a recovery-oriented lifestyle, including:
- Regular attendance at recovery meetings
- Participation in weekly house meetings
- Completion of household responsibilities and chores
- Curfew compliance
- Random drug and alcohol screening
- Seeking and maintaining employment conducive to recovery
Every week, residents participate in a house meeting where they discuss their progress, challenges, goals, and any issues that may either threaten or strengthen their sobriety. These meetings help foster accountability, peer connection, open communication, and personal growth within the recovery community.
At The FROG Houses, we understand that recovery is not something people should have to face alone. Through structure, support, and shared experience, we strive to create an environment where residents can rebuild their lives one day at a time.
